I love this mug. The look is perfect. Both the feel and the color. My only complaint is the plastic lid doesn't handle rapid temperature change well and it produced a hairline crack down the middle. Totally still usable, so I'm not mad. I use it for tea and coffee at work and it keeps my beverages hot-warm for several hours. I hand wash the mug and the lid.

Love Em

I have two of these mugs and I love them! They look classy and they keep your coffee hot or cold. My dishwasher did cause some spots on them the first couple times through, but they quickly went away and now they are great. I asked the customer service about it and they were so quick to help. This company is the best company and I am proud to support them. Great coffee, cool clothes, great gear. These mugs are perfect to drink their delicious coffee from.
